As a private-owned company, our requirements are the same across the board and for all our units. Some of our major requirements include, but are not limited to:
No Evictions Within The Last 7 years
Gross Income = 2x Rent
Background Check Required
No Minimum Credit Requirement
No Violent Felonies < 5 Years
Application Required
For any occupant 18 years of age or older
Security Deposit = 1x Rent
Security Deposit is subject to change based on credit score
Pet Deposit = $0
Monthly Pet Fee = $35
Max 4 pets.
No Offense That Requires Sex Offender Registration
